Ingesunds folkhögskola is a folk high school of Region Värmland near the centre of Arvika, by Lake Glafsfjorden; its main focus is music, but it also teaches crafts. Its Hantverk course is a broad arts-and-crafts education giving the basics of ceramics, wood, image-making and textiles, with study visits to local craftspeople and artists drawing on Arvika's living craft tradition. The course prepares for further studies in arts and crafts, and a second year allows repetition, deepening and independent project work.
