The Institut de Bijouterie de Saumur is the jewellery training branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Maine-et-Loire, on the Campus Balzac in Saumur; the school states that the CCI's jewellery branch has been training students for more than 45 years. It offers courses from CAP to three years after the baccalaureate in jewellery making, polishing, stone setting, lapidary work, silversmithing, engraving, bronze work, jewellery design and gemmology, among them a two-year CAP in jewellery art and techniques, a Brevet des métiers d'art, a lapidary CAP, a BP in gemmology and a DN MADe. Since 2014 it has also developed higher education in jewellery design.
