Founded in 1945, the Institut National des Beaux-Arts in Tétouan became a higher-education institution in 1993 and trains students in the visual arts. It has three departments: Design and Society, Plastic Arts and Visual Narrative Arts. The design option covers graphic design, interior architecture, and object and furniture design. Admission to the licence cycle is by competitive entrance examination.
