The Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts of Siliana is a public higher education institution of the University of Jendouba, founded in 2005, which describes itself as the only one of its kind in north-west Tunisia. Its design department teaches space design (interior architecture), image design (graphic advertising) and product design with a focus on craft creation, and its fine arts department offers photography and ceramics, including modelling, throwing, firing and glazing. The institute states that its teaching staff includes local artisans.
