In short

ISIA Pescara is a public institute of higher education in design (AFAM) that began in 2009 as a decentralised course of ISIA Roma and in 2015 was recognised as Italy's fifth ISIA. It offers a three-year course in product and communication design and a two-year course in product and multimedia communication design, with small numbers of students. It also runs a one-year first-level master in yacht design covering the whole design and construction process of sailing and motor boats, from hull lines to interiors and production in the boatyard.
