The Faculty of Fine Arts of Istanbul Beykent University, on the Ayazağa-Maslak campus in Sarıyer, Istanbul, includes departments of Textile and Fashion Design and of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The Textile and Fashion Design curriculum covers fashion and garment design as well as woven, knitted and print design, with equipped studios and workshops, computer-aided design, a final-year graduation project and a compulsory internship; the department states it was accredited by ACQUIN in 2024. The four-year Gastronomy and Culinary Arts programme, founded in 2012 on the Beylikdüzü campus, teaches cooking techniques and Turkish and world cuisines in a professional training kitchen.
