In short
The Faculty of Architecture of Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ), on the Taşkışla campus in Şişli, Istanbul, has departments of Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Its Industrial Design department has run a four-year bachelor's programme since 1993-94, taught entirely in English since 2010-11, and treats industrial design as part of new product development, from concept to production; it also offers master's and doctoral programmes. The faculty's workshops include an industrial design workshop, a rapid prototyping and metalworking lab, a jewellery design workshop and a ceramics workshop.
