The Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC) is a higher technical institute in San Luis, Santo Domingo Este. Its two-year Higher Technician programme in Fashion Product Design and Development trains students to design and develop clothing and fashion accessory collections, covering trend research, fashion drawings, pattern making, technical sheets, prototype garments and the quality of textile materials. The arts area also offers programmes in interior design, graphic design, photography and event production.
