Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College is a public higher vocational college in Jiaxing (Zhejiang), formally established in 2002 from earlier schools that include a silk industry school founded in 1985; it traces its history to the Zhejiang Sericulture School of 1897. Its School of Fashion Design teaches fashion and accessory design, including a Sino-foreign programme opened in 2024 with Accademia della Moda of Italy, and the college also offers a modern textile technology programme.
