L’École de design Nantes Atlantique, founded in 1988 and partnered with the CCI Nantes St-Nazaire, is a private non-profit design school associated with Nantes Université. Since 2022 it has occupied a new building in the Quartier de la Création on the Île de Nantes, with 700 m² of fabrication and prototyping workshops. It awards a five-year designer diploma with master’s degree status and DN MADE programmes (bachelor level), including an object mention specialising in product design; a second campus in Laval (Changé) offers immersive design programmes.
