In short

Leeds Arts University offers a BA (Hons) Fashion Design and a BA (Hons) Textile Design in Leeds. Fashion students learn fashion drawing, design methods, pattern cutting and garment production in studios with industrial sewing machines, digital design and pattern cutting facilities. The textile design course focuses on print and surface design for fashion, interiors, products and architectural settings, with access to printmaking, ceramics and 3D workshops, screen printing, digital textile printers and a dye laboratory.
