The «Carrà» art lycée is part of the Istituto Cellini, a state upper-secondary school at Strada Pontecurone 17 in Valenza that also runs a technical institute and scientific and language lycées. According to the school's history page, the art lycée was set up in the 2005–2006 school year, and after the school reform it opened two strands: figurative arts and design, the latter with a focus on the art of metals, goldsmithing and coral. The design strand teaches the design process from freehand drawing to 3D work, using craft, industrial and digital tools and materials.
