The Lycée du Gué à Tresmes is a technological and vocational lycée in Congis-sur-Thérouanne, near Meaux, east of Paris. It settled on the Gué à Tresmes estate in 1946 to host craft training in ceramics, staff (decorative plasterwork) and decoration, and later added hotel and restaurant training (1973) and applied arts (1978). In ceramics it teaches the CAPs in ceramic decoration, ceramic models and moulds and one-year wheel throwing, the BMA in ceramics, and a three-year DNMADe in object design with a ceramics focus, which confers a bachelor's-level degree. It also offers the CAP in staff ornamentation and the BMA in staff and associated materials, as well as cookery and cheesemonger courses.
