In short
The Lycée Marie Laurencin, at 114 quai de Jemmapes in Paris's 10th arrondissement, is a public vocational lycée for eco-responsible fashion and commerce trades. In fashion it prepares the CAP in tailoring and in soft garments (including a one-year CAP), a Bac Pro, a specialisation certificate and two complementary courses: Lingerie-Homewear, a one-year post-baccalaureate course with 12 weeks of placements in which students design and make a collection of eight to ten prototypes by draping, flat pattern or CAD, and Mode circulaire. Pupils present their work in collections, such as jackets shown at the Sorbonne and a fashion show at the Palais Galliera.
