In short
The Jean Bouin polyvalent lycée in Saint-Quentin was built by the local chamber of commerce in the early 1990s with courses in fashion, institutional catering and health and social care, and soon joined the public education system; its vocational section is heir to courses of the former École industrielle of Saint-Quentin. In fashion it teaches the CAP Métiers de la mode – vêtement flou, for making soft garments such as dresses and blouses, and the vocational baccalaureate Métiers de la couture et de la confection, which covers making garments and textile accessories and following production.
