In short
The Lycée Saint-Martin is a private Catholic lycée in central Roubaix, at 54 rue de Lille, whose courses are largely in health and orthopaedics: a vocational baccalaureate for orthopaedic appliance technicians, a BTS for podo-orthotists, health and social care and laboratory sciences. Through apprenticeship it prepares the CAP in shoemaking and bootmaking over two years (one year with an equivalent CAP): apprentices learn to make bespoke all-leather shoes by hand and to repair leather goods, alternating between a workshop and the school.
