In short
The Lycée professionnel Jacques Prévert is a public vocational school in Fontaine, next to Grenoble. Its fashion and sewing sector prepares the Bac Pro in fashion and clothing (Métiers de la mode – vêtements) and the Bac Pro in sewing and garment-making (Métiers de la couture et de la confection), in which students cut and sew their own pieces. Fashion classes have visited the costume workshop of the Opéra de Lyon and a silk museum in the Ain. The school also teaches hairdressing, beauty care, catering and textile maintenance.
