The Lycée professionnel Octave Feuillet is a public vocational lycée for fashion and the art crafts, housed in a mansion built in 1908 at 9 rue Octave Feuillet in Paris's 16th arrondissement. It teaches hand and hand-guided machine embroidery, featherwork, artificial flowers, millinery, lingerie and corsetry and garment making, through CAPs (embroidery, millinery, artificial flowers, featherwork), a Bac Pro in couture and handmade costume, a Brevet des métiers d'art in embroidery and complementary courses in fashion arts and lingerie-corsetry-swimwear. In the CAP in featherwork, pupils learn every traditional stage of working bird feathers for haute-couture and stage costumes, hats and accessories, from cleaning and dyeing to curling and assembly.
