In short

The Modefachschule Sigmaringen is a private fashion school offering training as a state-certified fashion designer, bespoke tailor and master tailor (the master class in cooperation with the Reutlingen Chamber of Crafts), as well as individual modules. With partner universities it also offers combined bachelor's degrees in management and in textile and clothing technology, the latter with Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen. The school traces its origins to a cutting and sewing school opened by Margarethe Groß in Münster in 1913; the school in Sigmaringen was founded in 1974.
