NIFT Chennai is the Chennai campus of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, opened in 1995 according to the NIFT timeline and located on Rajiv Gandhi Salai in Taramani. It offers Bachelor of Design programmes in accessory design, fashion design, fashion communication, knitwear design, leather design and textile design, a Bachelor of Fashion Technology in apparel production and the Master of Fashion Management, along with diploma and continuing education courses.
