In short

Oda Fashion College is a vocational school two minutes' walk from Nakano Station in Tokyo, run by the Oda Gakuen educational foundation, whose history goes back to a dressmaking class opened in the late 1940s. It has four departments: fashion design, fashion technical, stylist and fashion business, with course work that includes garment making such as a design jacket, brand research and buying trips. The same foundation runs Oda Kimono College nearby.
