In short
Omnia is a large education provider in the Espoo region, offering vocational education alongside an adults' upper secondary school and an adult education centre. At its Espoo centre site (Kirkkokatu 16) it teaches the vocational qualification in crafts and design as a metal artisan, covering traditional blacksmithing from forging to Damascus technique, and as a wood artisan, working with traditional hand techniques and joinery machines. It also offers the vocational qualification for cabinetmakers (puuseppä) and the fashion assistant track of the textile and fashion qualification.
