In short

The Department of Arts & Design (DAD) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) offers an undergraduate degree in Design lasting four academic years. The curriculum is organised in emphases, including Body and Fashion and Product and Innovation, alongside multisensory communication and arts, strategy and management, digital interaction and sustainability; the degree is registered with the Ministry of Education in tracks including Fashion and Product Design. The course was recognised by federal decree in 1977.
