SADI (Samsung Art and Design Institute) is a design school in Seoul that began teaching in 1995 by adopting the curriculum of Parsons The New School for Design in New York. Since 2005 it has run a single three-year programme, adding a product design department that year, and since 2011 it has used a three-semester academic year. Its curriculum includes fashion studios and collections with draping and digital pattern work, and product design studios that cover colour, material and finish as well as mass-production design, alongside communication design.
