Saxion – Fashion & Textile Technologies

In short

Saxion University of Applied Sciences, with locations in Apeldoorn, Deventer and Enschede, teaches the four-year full-time bachelor in Fashion and Textile Technologies in Enschede. Students learn to develop sustainable and innovative textile products across the whole chain, from raw material and material development to design, production, recycling and sale, combining creativity, technology and commerce. They work with design tools, virtual prototyping and trend forecasting, learn knitting and weaving in the textile lab, develop new materials and build a collection; the programme holds the Duurzaam Hoger Onderwijs sustainability mark.
