The Scuola per Artigiani Restauratori 'Maria Luisa Rossi' is a school of restoration and art crafts in Turin, housed in the former saddleries of the Arsenale della Pace of SERMIG, renovated in 2009-2010. It was founded in March 1994 through an agreement between the Piedmontese Association of Art Restorers (APRA) and SERMIG, which has run it since 2002, and was recognised as a regional training agency in 2000. It offers three-year day courses for cultural heritage restoration technicians and one-year art-craft courses, taught in workshop settings by master craftspeople, with nine art and restoration workshops and a laboratory of applied chemistry.
