Senac São Paulo, a vocational education institution active since 1946, runs a fashion area with courses from short and technical programmes to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, spread across its units in the state of São Paulo. At the Centro Universitário Senac – Santo Amaro campus in São Paulo it offers a seven-semester bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, with modules in flat pattern making and sewing and in moulage, and elective projects that include tailoring. From the second semester students choose one of three paths: Create, Build or Communicate.
