Shandong Vocational University of Science and Technology is a provincial public vocational university at bachelor level in Weifang, Shandong Province, with Fuyanshan and Binhai campuses. Its predecessor was the Changwei Textile Industry School, set up in 1978; it later became Shandong Textile Vocational College and then Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, and in 2026 the Ministry of Education approved the university. Its Department of Textiles and Garments offers a bachelor's degree in garment engineering and majors in clothing design and craft, fashion and apparel design, clothing display design and modern textile technology; the school states that its clothing design programme group is part of the national 'Double High' plan.
