The Kaohsiung campus of Shih Chien University, in Neimen District, Kaohsiung, houses a College of Culture and Creativity with two fashion departments. The Department of Fashion Design and Management trains students in clothing design, production, management and marketing for the international apparel industry, with computer-aided design and production, industry internships, study tours and a graduation show, and runs an apparel industry research and development centre. The Department of Fashion Design focuses on fashion styling and fashion media, combining creative design with aesthetics and management; students from both departments take part in clothing design competitions.
