In short
四川文化产业职业学院 is a higher vocational college in Shuangliu, Chengdu, formed in 2006 on the basis of a provincial cadres' correspondence college founded in 1985. Its School of Cultural Heritage offers eight programmes, among them cultural relics restoration and protection, jewellery design and craft, gem identification and processing, product art design and fashion and accessory design. It has workshops for gem processing, jewellery making, garment craft, painting and calligraphy restoration and jade carving, and the college states it is a China training base for the jewellery competition of the WorldSkills Competition.
