In short
The Institute of Design of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava teaches studio work in the Design programme at bachelor's and master's level, with a doctorate also offered. Its focus is product, industrial and automotive design, combining design with engineering and working with companies; students learn craft, small-batch and industrial production technologies. The institute uses the equipment of a product-development research centre for prototyping; the faculty took its present name in 2020.
