Sugino Fashion College is a private university in Kami-Ōsaki, Shinagawa ward, Tokyo, belonging to the Sugino Gakuen foundation, whose origins go back to the Sugino Yoshiko Dressmaker School founded in 1926. Its Faculty of Fashion has three departments: fashion, with mode creation, industrial pattern, textile design and fashion product design courses as well as fashion business courses; fashion expression, covering costume, styling, visual merchandising and media; and fashion culture. The university also has a campus in Hino.
