In short

TAFE NSW Kurri Kurri Winery, at the TAFE NSW Kurri Kurri campus in the Hunter Valley, is the only TAFE NSW location with a working winery and a nearby vineyard. For over 20 years it has taught students the craft of wine production, with practical training from industry professionals; students help make the wines sold under the Intuition label, which have won medals at regional and national wine shows. The winery is located at the Hunter Valley Hotel Academy, which also has accommodation, a restaurant and event spaces, and offers tours and tastings.
