The Centre for Arts, Design and Fashion (CEART) of the State University of Santa Catarina, in the Itacorubi district of Florianópolis, offers a free, in-person Bachelor's degree in Fashion. The course trains fashion creators for product creation and development in industrial, commercial, craft and other contexts. Classes are held in the afternoon and evening, and the degree takes at least four years.
