In short
UDIT, the Universidad de Diseño, Innovación y Tecnología, is a private university in Madrid that grew out of ESNE, founded in the city in 1988 as a business school and later specialised in design. It teaches degrees in fashion design, product design and development, interior and graphic design, among others, on a design campus on Avenida de Alfonso XIII and a technology campus on Calle de Alcalá. The fashion degree covers pattern making, garment making, textile technology and collection development, with pattern-making rooms and a FabLab; the product degree uses a prototyping lab with 3D printing, CNC and robotics.
