In short

The Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) offers a degree in Product Design that trains students to design and develop products, with design process workshops, modelling and visualisation, ergonomics, object sustainability and a course on the design and making of everyday objects. The university also offers a degree in Culinary Arts, which covers the identification and processing of meat, poultry, fish and seafood and food and beverage service management. The campus is at the former Hacienda Santa Catarina Mártir in San Andrés Cholula, Puebla.
