In short

The School of Design of the Universidad Diego Portales, part of its Faculty of Architecture, Art and Design, is at Avenida República 180 in Santiago's Barrio Universitario. It offers four specialisations: Textile and Clothing Design, Industrial Design (objects, materials and spaces, with material experimentation), Digital Interaction Design and Graphic Design, as well as continuing education courses. The faculty's workshops in the building at Salvador Sanfuentes 2221 have stationary machines and more than 450 hand and power tools, and there is a materials and prototypes laboratory.
