The Bachelor's degree in Fashion (Bacharelado em Moda) is taught by the Institute of Arts and Design (IAD) of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, in Minas Gerais. The four-year, eight-semester course links art, design, culture and fashion, preparing students for garment creation, textile prints and patterns, accessories, pattern-making, collections and costume. Practical classes use the institute's laboratories, including the LabVest atelier, and admission is through SISU and the university's PISM selection.
