The Faculty of Design of Universidad ORT Uruguay, in Montevideo (Centro campus on Cuareim and Pocitos campus on Bulevar España), offers four-year degrees in industrial design and in fashion design, alongside graphic, multimedia and art-and-technology design. The fashion degree uses laboratories equipped for every stage of the textile and clothing process, from fabric to accessory design, while the industrial design degree works on objects with mechanical and digital components and renewable materials; both award an intermediate title after the second year.
