In short
The University of Bologna's three-year bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Design (class L-4, Industrial Design) is taught in Italian in Bologna by the Department of Architecture. It trains designers who take a product from the idea to its engineering and production, through analogue and digital drawing, 2D and 3D modelling, the study of materials and the history of design, up to design studios on product systems, graphic communication and new media run with local companies and institutions. The course includes an internship, and the university also offers a master's degree in Advanced Design.
