In short

At its Farnham campus the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) teaches craft degrees including BA (Hons) Jewellery & Silversmithing and BA (Hons) Ceramics & Glass. The jewellery workshops have individual benches with gas torches, a casting suite, a chemical room, polishing equipment and a soundproofed hammer room. The ceramics and glass course uses a glass hot shop, lampworking stations, kilns for casting and fusing, potters' wheels and glaze technology rooms, with students working across both materials in the first year and choosing their focus from the second.
