The University of Brighton's School of Art and Media teaches at the City campus in Brighton, around the Grand Parade building. Its BA (Hons) 3D Design and Craft has students make furniture and lighting, jewellery and ceramics, applied art and sculpture in specialist wood, metals, ceramics and polymers workshops with digital technology. The BA (Hons) Fashion Design with Business Studies covers creative cutting, manufacture and material development, with a three-year route or a four-year route including an industrial placement year.
