In short
The University of Malta Gozo Campus, on Mgarr Road in Xewkija, was set up in 1992 as the University of Malta Gozo Centre to support degree and diploma courses offered in Gozo, and it also runs its own short courses. Its micro-credentials include a series on Maltese bobbin lace, from The Art of Maltese Bobbin Lace 1 and 2 to advanced courses, including one on «tal-balla» lace. The same programme also offers short courses in winemaking and in beekeeping and honey making.
