In short

The UNSW School of Art & Design is the art and design school of UNSW Sydney, on its campus in Paddington, Sydney. It traces its origins to the Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts, established in 1833, and was known as the College of Fine Arts (COFA) until 2014. Its undergraduate degrees in Visual Arts, Design, Animation & Moving Image and Art Theory cover studio disciplines including fashion, furniture, jewellery, ceramics and textiles, taught in dedicated fashion, jewellery, ceramics and textiles studios and wood and metal workshops.
