In short
The Faculty of Art and Design of the Universidad Provincial de Córdoba, a public university, brings together several historic schools of the city, including the Escuela Superior de Artes Aplicadas «Lino E. Spilimbergo» and the Escuela Superior de Cerámica «Fernando Arranz», which the site says was created in 1936 from a workshop founded by Fernando Arranz. Among its programmes are three-year university technician degrees in Ceramic Art, Ceramic Mould and Matrix Making, Arts of Fire, Textile Art, Cabinetmaking, Clothing Design and Bookbinding and Book Conservation, alongside degrees in design, photography, music, dance and theatre. The craft courses combine traditional and current technical processes with artistic training, and several of them are taught at the Campus Sur – Ciudad de las Artes, Av. Richieri 1955, Córdoba.
