In short

The Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA) in Panama City offers, in its Faculty of Architecture and Design, a Licenciatura en Diseño y Mercadeo de Modas (fashion design and marketing). The on-campus programme lasts three years and eight months; its study plan, updated in 2025, includes cutting and sewing, pattern interpretation and grading, fabric printing techniques, accessory design, women's, men's and children's fashion design, folkloric and carnival design and haute couture design, alongside marketing subjects. The faculty also teaches architecture and interior design.
