In short

The Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana (UTEM) teaches Diseño Industrial at its Central Area campus, Dieciocho 390, in Santiago. The programme trains designers to create products, services and systems that combine function, aesthetics and sustainability, from the idea to the market, and to apply technologies of form, representation and production in different productive sectors. Graduates receive a bachelor's degree in the arts and sciences of industrial design and the professional title of industrial designer.
