Williams & Cleal is a fine woodworking and furniture design and making school on a farm at Lydeard St Lawrence, near Taunton in West Somerset, below the Quantock Hills. It was set up in 2007 by the furniture makers Jane Cleal and Justin Williams, who have run their own designer-maker business since 1990. Its Designer Maker Series includes the 40-week Professional fine furniture course, which can also be taken in three stages (Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced), as well as bespoke tailored courses and short courses, with rolling entry and a four-day-week option.
