Women's Studio Workshop is a non-profit artists' workspace near Rosendale, New York, in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains, founded in 1974. Its studios, in a historic building, are equipped for etching, letterpress, papermaking, book arts, silkscreen on paper or fabric, 3D work, ceramics and photography; it has been making handmade papers since 1979. Artists can take classes through the Summer Art Institute, weekend workshops and ceramics classes, rent the studios or schedule private instruction, and the organisation also offers residency grants and publishes artists' books.
