In brief
The Fiera di Sant'Orso is the traditional crafts fair of the Aosta Valley, held every year at the end of January in the historic centre of Aosta; tradition dates it back to around the year 1000, and 2027 marks the 1027th edition. Artisans registered in the regional register of Aosta Valley craft producers show and sell their work, from wood carving to traditional objects such as the wooden sabot. It is accompanied by the Atelier des Métiers and a food and wine pavilion, open over four days.
